WNC Pressure Washing and Roof Cleaning specializes in non pressure roof cleaning. It is a process that is approved by the shingle manufacturers (ARMA) to remove the black streaks and moss from your roof. We apply the approved mix on your roof without a pressure washer to remove the mold and mildew.
Soft washing eliminates the microbes that trigger mold and mildew staining, whereas pressure washing simply cleans off the surface layer. Furthermore, soft washing does not make use of destructive high pressure, unlike pressure washing. Also, soft washing last far longer compared to pressure washing.
